From the Floor to the Supply Side
Cooper Trade Group grew out of over two decades in pulp and paper industrial maintenance, starting as a multi-craft maintenance mechanic and advancing into planning and management. That time on the floor gave us something no parts catalog can provide: a clear, firsthand understanding of what industrial buyers actually need.
We know what it means to wait on a critical component while a production line sits idle. We know the pressure of tight maintenance budgets, parts that have gone obsolete, and supply chains that do not always come through. When we opened this store in 2011, the goal was straightforward: find first-quality parts at fair prices, then take care of every customer after the sale.
I will not offer any item for sale that I would not install in my own mill. That same standard applies to everything I take on for you. You have my word on it.
